1. What Summon Jet is, and is not

Summon Jet ("Summon Jet", "we", "us") publishes summonjet.com (the "Site"). The Site is a board that collects empty leg (repositioning) private jet flights that charter brokers and aircraft operators have already posted publicly elsewhere, and links each one back to the original posting.

Summon Jet is not:

• An air carrier. We do not own, operate, lease, manage, or control any aircraft, and we do not provide air transportation. Summon Jet holds no air carrier certificate, operating certificate, or other authority from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and no economic authority from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
• An air charter broker or indirect air carrier. As those terms are used in DOT regulations (14 CFR Part 295), an air charter broker holds out, sells, or arranges charter air transportation. We do none of those things. We do not quote flights, negotiate on your behalf, hold inventory, issue contracts, or arrange flights for anyone.
• A travel agent, ticket agent, or booking platform. There is no booking flow, account, or checkout on the Site. Every flight is booked, if at all, directly with the broker or operator who posted it.
• An agent of anyone. We do not act for the brokers or operators listed, and we do not act for you. No listing on the Site is an offer of air transportation by Summon Jet, and nothing on the Site should be read as one.

If Summon Jet ever changes what it does, for example by taking bookings, quoting flights, or being paid by brokers, we will update these disclosures, the footer on every page, and the note under the board before that change takes effect.

2. Where the listings come from

Every flight on the board comes from a public posting made by a third-party charter broker or aircraft operator (a "Listing Party"). We reproduce the route, date, aircraft, seat count, and price as the Listing Party posted them, name the Listing Party, and link to the original posting.

• We do not verify listings. We do not confirm that a flight exists, that the aircraft or operator is as described, that the price is current, or that the Listing Party is licensed, insured, or in good standing. The Listing Party is solely responsible for the accuracy, availability, and pricing of its listing.
• Listings go stale. Empty legs are sold, moved, or cancelled quickly, sometimes within hours of being posted. A listing can be out of date by the time you see it. We remove legs whose departure date has passed, but we cannot know when a leg has sold or changed unless the Listing Party or a visitor tells us.
• The board is not complete. We list the postings we find. There are empty legs we have not seen and sources we do not follow, and we do not claim to show every empty leg available.
• Listing is not endorsement. Showing a flight does not mean we recommend the broker, the operator, the aircraft, or the price, and we have no relationship with the Listing Parties beyond reproducing what they posted.
• Order and filters are neutral. Flights are sorted by departure date or by posted price, as you choose. No Listing Party pays for placement, and none is ranked higher for any reason other than the sort you select.

3. Prices, availability, and accuracy

Prices are as posted. The price on the board is the price the Listing Party published, in the currency it used, at the time we recorded it. It is not a price from Summon Jet, and we do not set, negotiate, or guarantee it. Where the posting gave no price, the board says "Ask broker".

Posted prices may not be the total cost. A posted empty leg price may exclude U.S. federal excise tax and segment fees, international departure or arrival taxes, fuel surcharges, landing, handling, and ramp fees, crew expenses, de-icing, catering, ground transport, and other charges. Only the broker or operator can tell you the total you will pay. Ask for the all-in price in writing before you commit.

Prices and availability change without notice. The Listing Party can raise or lower its price, change the aircraft or schedule, or withdraw the flight at any time. The current price and terms are the ones on the Listing Party's own page or in its written quote, not the ones on the board.

Savings are not guaranteed. Empty legs are often posted for less than the same flight would cost as a standard charter, but that is a general description of how the market works, not a promise about any flight on the board. We have not compared any listed price to a charter quote, and we make no claim about how much, if anything, you will save.

Details can be wrong. Despite our care, a listing may contain an error introduced by the Listing Party or by us when we recorded it. Confirm the route, date, time, aircraft, seat count, and price with the Listing Party before relying on them.

4. Booking and payment

• Your contract is with the broker or operator. If you book a flight you found here, the agreement is between you and the Listing Party (or the air carrier it arranges the flight with). Their terms govern the booking, including deposits, cancellation, refunds, changes, and what happens if the flight is cancelled or the aircraft is substituted. Summon Jet is not a party to that agreement.
• We take no payment. Summon Jet does not collect deposits, fares, fees, or any other payment from travelers. Never send money to anyone who claims to be taking payment for Summon Jet or on its behalf. If you are asked to, please tell us.
• We do not collect passenger details. Do not send us passenger names, dates of birth, passport or ID details, or payment information. We do not need them, and we do not pass any information to the Listing Parties.
• Disputes. Questions or disputes about a booking, a payment, a cancellation, or a flight are between you and the Listing Party. We are glad to correct or remove a listing, but we cannot intervene in a booking we are not part of.

5. Checking the operator before you fly

In the United States, a company that carries paying passengers on a private aircraft must hold an FAA air carrier certificate (for most private jet charters, one issued under 14 CFR Part 135) and the related DOT economic authority. Flights sold without that certificate are known as illegal charter. They are unlawful, they are usually uninsured, and the FAA and DOT publish consumer guidance on how to avoid them. Summon Jet does not check any listed flight or operator for this, so before you book we suggest that you:

• Ask who will operate the flight. A broker arranges flights that a certificated operator flies. Ask the broker for the legal name of the operator that holds the air carrier certificate for your flight, and for the aircraft's registration number.
• Ask the broker what capacity it is acting in. DOT rules for air charter brokers (14 CFR Part 295) require a broker, before you pay, to tell you whether it is acting as your agent, as the operator's agent, or as an indirect air carrier, and, when you ask, to give you the operator's name, the aircraft type, the total cost of the flight, and whether it has a corporate or business relationship with the operator. A broker that will not answer is a warning sign.
• Check the operator with the FAA. The FAA's Safe Air Charter Operations page at faa.gov/hangar/safe-air-charter explains how to confirm that an operator holds a Part 135 certificate and lists the questions to ask. The DOT's consumer guidance on air charter brokers is at transportation.gov/airconsumer/air-charter-brokers. If either page moves, search the FAA and DOT sites for "safe air charter" and "air charter broker".
• Get it in writing. Ask for a written quote or contract that names the operator, the aircraft, the total price, and the cancellation terms before you pay a deposit.

None of this is legal, safety, or travel advice. It is a summary of publicly available consumer guidance, offered to help you ask the right questions. The decision to fly, and with whom, is yours.

6. Compensation and relationships

Summon Jet receives no compensation of any kind from the brokers or operators whose flights appear on the board. Specifically, we receive no referral fees, commissions, affiliate payments, advertising fees, listing fees, or payments for placement, and we hold no ownership interest in any Listing Party. No Listing Party has an ownership interest in Summon Jet. The links on the board are plain links to the Listing Party's own page, and they carry no tracking or affiliate code.

If that ever changes, we will say so here and, where a specific listing is affected, next to that listing, consistent with Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and disclosures.

The social media links in the footer point to platforms operated by third parties. Summon Jet has no commercial relationship with those platforms.

7. Corrections and takedowns

We want the board to be accurate and to show only what Listing Parties are happy to have shown. We will act promptly if you tell us that:

• A listed flight has sold, moved, changed, or been cancelled.
• A listing contains an error.
• You are the broker or operator behind a listing and you do not want it reproduced here, or you want the details changed. You do not have to give a reason.
• You believe a listing infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful.

Send us a message through the contact form linked in section 12, with the route and date of the listing. We aim to correct or remove a listing within one business day of hearing from you.

8. International flights

Some listed legs cross a border. Passports, visas, customs, immigration, health, and security requirements for any flight are your responsibility and the Listing Party's, not ours. Prices for international legs may exclude foreign taxes and fees. Confirm the entry requirements for every passenger, and the total cost, with the Listing Party before you book.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summon Jet makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or any listing, including any warranty that a listing is accurate, current, complete, or available, or that a Listing Party, operator, or aircraft is licensed, insured, safe, or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summon Jet is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury, delay, or expense arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on a listing, including any booking you make, any payment you send, any flight that is changed or cancelled, and anything that happens on or in connection with a flight. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Trademarks and third-party content

Broker, operator, and aircraft names on the board belong to their owners and are used only to identify the listing. Their use does not imply that the owner sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Summon Jet. Listing details are reproduced from public postings for the purpose of pointing visitors to the original. If you own content shown on the Site and want it removed, see section 7.

11. Changes to these disclosures

We may update these disclosures as the Site, our practices, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and we will keep the footer on every page and the note under the board consistent with what is written here.
